Introduction

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Cockpit provides the software "as is" without warranties of any kind
- Cockpit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software
- We do not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or error
7. Changes to Terms
Cockpit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the United Kingdom.
9. Termination
Cockpit may terminate your license and access to the software at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.
