Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our software and services. By using Cockpit Panels (Cockpit), you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully.

1. License and Access: Cockpit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our software for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Restrictions: You agree not to modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to access the source code of Cockpit, unless explicitly permitted to do so. You also agree not to use our software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

5. Intellectual Property: All rights, title, and interest in and to Cockpit, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Cockpit Panels. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying Cockpit Panels.

6. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cockpit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our software.

7. Changes to Terms: Cockpit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our software after any such changes shall constitute your consent to the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
