As a Superadmin, you can control which menu items are visible to regular Admin users. This feature allows you to streamline the interface by showing only the necessary tools and options.

Available Menu Visibility Options

You can toggle the visibility of several menu items:

Allow Theme Changing

  • Purpose: Enables or disables the theme customization option for Admin users
  • When Enabled: Admin users can change color themes and background images in their interface
  • When Disabled: Theme options are hidden and locked to your default selection

Show Tools Menu

  • Purpose: Controls visibility of the Tools section in the main navigation
  • When Enabled: Admin users can access utility features in the Tools menu
  • When Disabled: The entire Tools menu is hidden from Admin view

Show API Help Menu

  • Purpose: Toggles access to API documentation and help resources
  • When Enabled: Admin users can view API documentation and integration guides
  • When Disabled: API help section remains accessible only to Superadmins

Show Settings Menu

  • Purpose: Controls whether Admin users can access any settings
  • When Enabled: Admin users can view and modify allowed settings
  • When Disabled: Settings menu is completely hidden from Admin users

How to Configure Menu Visibility

  1. Access the Superadmin Panel
    • Log in with your Superadmin credentials
    • Navigate to the Superadmin area
  2. Locate Menu Visibility Settings
    • Find the toggle switches
    • Each option has an on/off toggle switch
  3. Adjust Settings as Needed
    • Toggle switches to ON (orange) to show the menu item
    • Toggle switches to OFF (gray) to hide the menu item
    • Changes take effect immediately
  4. Consider Your Use Case
    • For technical users: Consider enabling all menus
    • For basic users: Disable advanced features to simplify the interface
    • For security: Disable settings access if you want to prevent configuration changes
